INFORMATION MANAGEMENT AND DISTRIBUTION

Understanding the role and involvement of each member in the project team is essential in managing the distribution of information. i2 will draw a participation matrix to identify the role and the stage of involvement of each key stakeholder of the project as early as the start of the project. This will help ease the management of the communication process down the line.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

i2’s methodology to design and client management is actively based on an interactive and consultative approach in attending to clients’ needs and user requirement. Our design management process draws in the concept of feedback loops to ascertain control of errors in design at every stage of the design process.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND FEEDBACK LOOPS

i2 understands that re-work or abortive works are often the result of either misinterpretation of project requirement or client’s decision on scope changes. By implementing a formal Change Management Control System to standardise the overall design process, progressive changes will be documented evaluated and agreed as part of the process. Feedback loop and Change Management Control Systems are paramount to the success of the project and is crucial in effectively managing design omissions.
